Pros
I have been with Venture for a year and a half. I have to say that they do have problems, but what company don't? The owner ops do get routes, but if that route don't run they usually have runs that they can give you. The commutation sate a little rough. I have been with other trucking company's and I've seen a lot worse then here at Venture. I do my job and go home each night. The people that have left reviews on here. Have issues them selves. They go from one job to another. Sorry guys but your not going to find the perfect company. If you do then go for it. The pay is good. But could use some work on the raises though. But I am happy to be here at Venture logistics.

Pay could be a little better. But I think every company has the same issues though. I'm staying rite here where I'm at.
