Pros

-great coworkers -flexible schedule (if you can meet the quota)

Cons

-long hours -unrealistic expectations from management -terrible transition from canvasser to sale representative. Morning training that would take a few hours, then you were expected to perform at the same level with less time. After training was completed, I was unable to sell at my own appointments until they needed more sales representatives. Was expected to be above the quota to stay in this limbo phase.

Cons

The worst company to work for, extremely high turnover due to incompetent management and owners of the company. They have products they want you to sell that aren’t even launched, then get confused when deals fall apart. They want “yes men” to work for them, any individuality is reprimanded. They encourage you to do anything to get the deal done, even if that means drinking alcohol or smoking with customers. Safety is not a priority for them even slightly. In their words, whatever it takes to get it done. Bizarre place to work.
