      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time at Venture Solar. The team culture was supportive and collaborative, and I had the opportunity to work with some amazing coworkers who made each day enjoyable. The role allowed me to grow professionally and gain valuable industry experience. My only wish is that the compensation had been a bit more competitive, but overall, it was a positive experience and a great place to work if you're looking to be part of a motivated, energetic team.

      Cons

      The worst company to work for, extremely high turnover due to incompetent management and owners of the company. They have products they want you to sell that aren’t even launched, then get confused when deals fall apart. They want “yes men” to work for them, any individuality is reprimanded. They encourage you to do anything to get the deal done, even if that means drinking alcohol or smoking with customers. Safety is not a priority for them even slightly. In their words, whatever it takes to get it done. Bizarre place to work.
