      I have worked in the industry for many years and have seen the ups and downs. Venture seems to navigate the challenges better than any company I have seen. Smart management team that leads by example in a fun work environment

      Cons

      The worst company to work for, extremely high turnover due to incompetent management and owners of the company. They have products they want you to sell that aren’t even launched, then get confused when deals fall apart. They want “yes men” to work for them, any individuality is reprimanded. They encourage you to do anything to get the deal done, even if that means drinking alcohol or smoking with customers. Safety is not a priority for them even slightly. In their words, whatever it takes to get it done. Bizarre place to work.
