Pros
Working at Venture Solar has been a rewarding and meaningful experience. From the beginning, the team recognized my potential and provided the training and internal resources I needed to grow and succeed in the solar industry. Their support made it easier to find my footing and gain confidence in a fast-paced, evolving field.
Cons
Although there's a lot of flexibility, in an outside sales role, you ride waves of opportunity. Often that means working after 5pm and on weekends, which isn't ideal.
