      Paid as stated average hourly rate over a 26 week period not daily or weekly as you would expect as a professional driver

      Cons

      Poor employee relations, everything is hostile towards the drivers a blame and dish out punishment based culture from management. The tools are missing but management expect miracles. Communication is extremely poor, no meetings unless it’s to take you down a peg or two. At least when you’re on the road you are on your own and can enjoy your own company.
