Questionable competency of management of EHS in the Hazardous waste business when it comes to the matter of Safety. MNC Company upper management unable to assimilate with local setting and understand needs of employee for a safe working environment. Safety Incidents not taken seriously and no improvement of recurring incidents such as explosions. No proper medical surveillance conducted on an annual basis to ensure health of workers exposed to hazardous waste on a daily basis.
