Pros
Good fringe benefits, laid back environment, stable job that doesn’t need too much effort, a good place for retirement, people in general are friendly.
Cons
A lot of “royalties” getting big fat cheque every month without constructive contribution to the company. Many of these people have not worked elsewhere, making them very narrow minded and defensive when it comes to new ideas or challenges. The person heading the Evolution department in Asia is the worst of all - arrogant, rude and disrespectful to local cultures and norms. These people are so discriminated by the company and receive too much privileges that they don’t deserve.
