Pros
Benefits are great. Medical benefits are very affordable and the HSA match+ from Veolia is great. Paid parking. 401k match. Newer office and furniture. Bonus plan.
Cons
If you are not in the “In” crowd there is no advancement. Raises have never been over 2%. New leadership in IT in 2019 destroyed morale and great coworkers left. PMO is lacking a true leader. Paris tells the US what to do instead of letting US make the right decision. Google house that was implemented half hearted. Top heavy at the Director/ Sr Director level. Too much process getting in the way get work done.
