It's hard to find any. This job was a nightmare from the beginning
Cons
- Gender discriminiation: inappropriate jokes from senior staff, females paid 20% less than male counterparts w/ less experience and qualifications, general disrespect and females valued less than males (senior staff is 100% white males) - Very low PTO - Very poor medical plans (high premiums and co-pays) - No real HR department, so senior executives were able to make very inappropriate jokes and comments and get away with it
