Pros
Even though the wages are low you do have a good bonus of 17.5% and everyone seems to have car allowance in Veolia.
Cons
Working with the Unions, Veolia Es Sheffield is very much over run by the Union this proves very difficult to try and make any changes for management structure or try to improve any process because all you get from the work force is we will just have to speak to the union even if it to try and help it is all just one big battle field between the Veolia,Sheffield City council and the union
