-communication amongst management and workers are almost nonexistent -working with some of the rudest and most disrespectful colleagues in my professional career -no organization or willingness to improve -the building that I worked in hardly met the criteria of running operations smoothly and safely -working with faulty and outdated equipment -unreasonable working hours since they count on you to not have a life at all -expect you to unload trucks immediately after you come back from a long drive across the state -traveling through Maryland and DC during rush hour -working at a landfill to be treated like dirt and doing a job that was meant to be handled by another company -no real training, just relying on videos to teach you stuff (which by the way doesn’t teach you anything)
