If you are willing to break federal, provincial/state, and municipal laws, and blindly sign on the dotted line (risking being the scapegoat, putting yourself personally liable for the company's doings), you could probably get a promotion.
Cons
poor ethics, the worst Healthy and Safety record imagineable, lack of respect for the environment, complete isolation/bullying of employees who speak for what is right.
