Poor Upper Management, Little HR Support - Anonymous employee Veolia Employee Review

French based company with some upper management that does not understand US work ethic/conduct. Too many politics. Payroll problems. Gossip among peers/managers/HR makes some feel uncomfortable. Overworked corporate employees because they are under staffed. Upper management was unorganized when all 4 Veolia divisions were mutualized. Good employees go unrecognized. They are loosing good people for all these reasons.
