Pros
Worked with some great people for several years before the last reorganization.
Cons
if you worked in ES at a high level, you had a target on your back. All ES execs are gone. Why? Because they were profitable, paid bonuses annually to their employees, preached safety, and treated their people with respect. Water didn't and Veolia is run by Water people who don't like ES and Energy.
