Pros
High pay, good benefits (though have been declining), ability to transfer between locations.
Cons
Poor policy, company wont put anything in writing allowing them to change policy between locations and at will with mgmnt change. Employees treated like dirt, pass up for promotion with inch impotent mngmt. 9 years with company x-fered to industrial from municipal O & M. 4 project mngrs, 5 HR mngrs, 2 area mngrs, 2 maint. super's in 2 1/2 years at current location, while business went south. But mngmt stood behind incompetents. Attitude is mngmt can do no wrong!
