Pros
Corporate environment is flexible, allows ee's to take time for families. Good Benefits and pay.
Cons
Most employees are 'stuck' as they tend to overpay, in my opinion. Always asking to do more with less, so employees are stressed. Too many managers and way too many meetings getting nothing accomplished. Not much room for advancement, if any.
