Pros
There has been A LOT of change over the years. The change was managed very well and corporate culture was strong which helped with the growth and challenges.
Cons
The last couple years have been tough. We have lost a lot of talent and are struggling to attract new talent. A lot of positions are not being posted but being filled by people from the land of the baguette. I have had to have tough talks with my employees and advise from a career standpoint departure may be needed to continue growth. So many in management have a sense of entitlement and arrogance which is common, but this management team is lacking the intelligence and decision making skills to back it up.
