- Management across the board, top to bottom, needs a lot of diversity education. Things get said off the cuff that are uncomfortable to overhear.
- Slowly moving away from the homogeneous culture there used to be in 2019, but still a long way to go to make employees of color and women feel heard and accepted.
- Employee experiences are probably vastly different depending on who your manager is. Not every manager will stand up for their team in the same way. I'm personally lucky with who my manager is, but I know my experience doesn't match everyone's.
