      Pros

      Very successful company in the medical industry with great benefits, and work life balance.

      Cons

      As a compnay that started in the creators garage, it has grown beyond its capacity, and old ways of doing things don't work when a company gets this big. Since they have been bought by Roper, they are finally getting the support and standardization they need.
