We appreciate your feedback, although we are disappointed to hear this is your employee experience. In recent years, Verathon has had a strong focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Part of this work includes examining trends in promotions and working to make necessary changes to close any gaps identified. We are proud to say that last year 50% of our promotions into sales leadership roles were female.
