We pride ourselves on the high-quality products and solutions we deliver to our healthcare providers. It’s unfortunate to hear you are disappointed with your current commission plan. We use a number of external resources and multiple data points to ensure our commission plans are fair and competitive in our market. Due to this, our attrition in sales is significantly below industry average which we believe is a strong indicator that our plans are competitive and that the majority of our sales employees are happy with them. As a medical device company our highest priority is the health and safety of our customers and employees. While we were all very disappointed that we needed to cancel our global sales meeting this year, the decision was made solely based on the safety of our customers and employees due to the current number of Covid cases.
