Pros
Verathon has and continues to be a great place to work! The leadership team and CEO have a tremendous passion for making Verathon an outstanding employee experience and for delivering strong growth and business results year after year.
At the core of this are the Verathon 7 values which highlight the culture Verathon is working to build. I especially like "Enjoy the Journey" and "We are Genuine". Verathon is also starting to place more focus on DE&I, which has been a very positive step.
On the product side, I couldn't be happier to be part of a company that develops and sales products that improve, extend and save lives. With product leadership in the two businesses, the growth opportunities look to be tremendous for years to come.
Verathon is also supporting more flexible work models for employees. It's funny to think that just over two years ago, the notion of working remote or in a hybrid (3-day/week) work model would have been unheard of and now is becoming the norm.
Cons
The downside of our new work models is missing seeing my work friends / colleagues in person who will continue to work remote. I am hopeful Verathon can sponsor a few company events that gets everyone together from time to time during the year.
