Terrible comp plan and Senior Leadership - Territory Manager Verathon Employee Review

Sales were through the roof during the pandemic. Absolutely phenomenal years for growth and adoption of GlideScope. How does Senior leadership decide to reward us? To cut our commission rate from 10% down to 5% from end of 2020 to beginning of 2022. That’s a 50% reduction in just over 1 year. They try to make it up to us with a measly $10k base salary increase (which was a low base of $55k salary to begin with). These positions used to be $180-$200k+ jobs. Not even close anymore. VP of sales is a puppet for CEO who doesn’t care about reps. Morale is very low. People are dropping like flies. Their “do the right thing, do things right” motto is only followed when it makes sense for the company. I know people who were not paid thousands of dollars they were owed because of the supply chain shortage (you’re not paid until stuff ships- not a great situation to be in when there’s a global supply chain shortage).
