Pros

Most of the people in the company are nice. The building is newly renovated, so it looks nice and comfortable.

Cons

- Not a good place to develop your career. People who are experience leave. - Instead of promoting from within, Verathon prefers to hire from outside, give them a bunch of $$ and title, regardless of their competencies. - Lack of job leveling - HR and management have been working on this for the last 4 years. It must be the longest project in the entire company, because no one have ever seen the output of job leveling project. - Strategy changes from one day to the next, 2-3 times a week, 1-2 times per month, 1-5 times a quarter. This creates confusion, overwork team and lack of trust from everyone. - Some people overwork, and some people overly do nothing. - Management was so busy on creating the 7 values, spending time reworking them. I wish they spend more time on implementing those values in a real application.
