Thank you for taking the time to write a review on Verathon. We are happy to hear you have good work/life balance in your role but are sorry to hear you feel there is not a good path forward for you. We pride ourselves in the tools and resources we offer our employees for development such as tuition reimbursement, Linked In learning, internal training, and more. Through our focus on employee development and career pathing, we filled more than 10% of our open roles last year through internal transitions/promotions and 75% of our sales management team was appointed through internal growth. We also take pride in ensuring our sales compensation plans and structures are competitive and continue to remain at the 75th percentile of comparable medical device companies that we survey against every year. Like many other companies we survey against, our engagement results did dip slightly this past year but we remain above average against other comparable companies and our overall engagement scores are still quite high indicating Verathon is a great place to work.
