Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your experience working here at Verathon. Over the years we have made great strides in cultivating a strong Verathon culture which includes the development of our core Verathon 7 Values in order to create a framework of teamwork, authenticity, and integrity in order to drive collaboration and innovation to develop best in class medical devices for our customers. In addition to the development of our core values, we have made improvements regarding employee engagement and development. This includes building out strong leveling and development plans which has resulted in 46% promotions to our leadership team in 2023 and many more across the business. We understand that there is always room for improvement, and we do annual in-depth engagement surveys to gain insight into where we are doing well and where we can improve to better serve our employees.
