Pros

Work life balance, good product

Cons

The Area Sales Director's wife is our lead recruiter. She is recruiting for positions that he manages and he has final say on the hires. She gets paid, he gets paid. Conflict of interest. Ask for recruiter's last name when you interview.

Thank you for your review. We are happy to hear that you enjoy your work/life balance here at Verathon; a good balance between work and life is incredibly important to us and part of our Verathon culture. There are some inaccuracies regarding your comments about our recruiting team, however. All recruiting is handled by our internal talent acquisition team, none of whom are related/married to anyone at the company, our parent company or any of its subsidiaries. The internal talent acquisition team also manages any external agency submissions and employee referrals that we receive and the source of submission is kept anonymous to ensure there is no bias in the interview and hiring process. We hope this clears up any confusion.
