Pros
Excellent company when it comes to fire-fighting. Great colleagues, at least for the time when they are still with the company.
Cons
The long-term vision has changed so much it is hard to tell where exactly the company is heading. Lack of communication / or only cleverly pre-digested information made available. Extremely high turn-over rate due to disatisfaction, low morale, lack of clarity on the long-term stability.
