If you thrive in high-stress, fast-paced, unpredictable and chaotic environments, this company may suit you. Otherwise, proceed with caution.
The work environment feels like being in a constant spin cycle—nonstop meetings, extreme multitasking, and a crushing workload. It’s not uncommon to work 70+ hours per week, and you're expected to respond to emails and Slack messages at all hours. The pace is relentless, and the pressure never lets up.
Turnover is staggering. People disappear with no notice, even those in senior roles. There’s little transparency around departures, and the constant uncertainty creates a culture of fear. Many employees share the same anxiety: wondering if they're next.
In my experience, there’s been no formal performance feedback, no clear path for growth, and no recognition—positive or negative. Responsibilities keep increasing (usually from departed colleagues), but titles and compensation stay the same.
Company priorities change constantly, making it difficult to stay focused or feel a sense of accomplishment. Long-term projects are often scrapped without explanation, and work done over months can become irrelevant overnight.
New hire onboarding is practically nonexistent beyond receiving your laptop. You’re expected to sink or swim on your own.
While benefits are technically offered, the cost of healthcare is extremely high. “Flexible PTO” is advertised, but the unspoken expectation is to take no more than 15 days, which is below industry average. Despite the company promoting “work-life balance,” it’s rarely respected in practice.
As for company culture—there really isn’t one. People are burned out, overextended, and often too nervous to engage. The atmosphere is cliquish and unwelcoming, with little room for camaraderie or connection.
I don't see many opportunities to celebrate diversity and inclusion - though there are employees in Mexico who are wonderful and have been instrumental in the success of the company.
