I cannot think of any. Literally none.

Cons

-BCBAs are poorly trained. -RBTs are poorly trained. -Programs only need to be updated once every 6 months, which is utterly pathetic. -BCBAs are hardly supervised. -Scheduling is an unprofessional disaster, as others have mentioned. -VB has a very laissez faire, unsystematic approach to programming, which is simply not how ABA works.

While formal programming reports to insurance are required on a 6-month basis, rest assured that BCBAs at Verbal Beginnings are continuously monitoring and updating programming as needed for clients. Thanks to feedback like yours regarding training for staff, we created a Clinical Coordinator role to provide BCBA oversight. We strive to provide a supportive, positive environment for staff so that they can focus on clients first and foremost, and through employee feedback are best able to see areas for continued improvement.
