With a new VP of Field Operations and the addition of more Field Coordinators to provide a team-oriented environment, our goal is for therapists to feel supported and have more than one supervisor to work with when there are concerns- whether in the Center or the Field. To provide the highest quality of care to clients, we strive to minimize provider turnover as much as possible. For that reason we do need as complete of a picture as possible when a Therapist asks to transition, so that we can be careful not to affect continuity of care or put a new Therapist on the case who will also need to transition off.
