They are a revolving door because they are constantly understaffed and require everyone else to pick up their loads. There isn't enough time during the day to get all needed admin work done so you end up wither doing it on your off time or you get reprimanded. There are definitely favorites by management. On my team, we were beyond short staffed and only one person was getting breaks. She barely showed up to work on time and was given raises. The rest of us were super behind. I can see why it's a revolving door. Instead of opening up new locations, nurture the employees you currently have before they all leave. Do better.
