Great company, amazing people, Fun environment

The area of the facility is not great

Adequate pay for area of employment

Mismanagement, no work life balance, excessive and constant demands, lack of communication, discrimination based on age, race, and disability. They will actively lie to your face about the state of the company when you express concern about continued employment due to economic uncertainty only to pull you into the office an hour later and fire you whilst bragging about how their own jobs are safe.
