Pros
- most of the customers are really kind, you just need lots of compassion.
Cons
- if u are neurodivergent or a minority of ANY kind, especially if you're a woman this is not the place to work. in my time here i was faced with ableism, racism, homophobia, and transphobia. my coworkers would try and set me up with men, despite knowing i was gay, they called me a racial term, they made fun of my mental health issues, would deadname me, and were extremely misogynistic towards me despite me not identifying as a woman. i reported most of this to hr and nothing was done. if you are a minority looking for a safe place to work, this is Not it. - alot of disabled customers come in and most of them are made fun of by sales reps - if you let a customer walk out without making a sale, even if they had to leave because they had things to do, you will be talked down to. and yelled at - you will Constantly be belittled and then be made fun of if you ask for them to stop. - if you decide to leave this job they WILL talk about you for months afterwards. and it WONT be in a nice way.
