The leadership style is dictatorial, often belittling and micromanaging employees, leading to an unhealthy work atmosphere. High Turnover Rate: Due to the toxic environment, many employees are quickly leaving the company. This only adds to the workload for those left behind. No Opportunities for Growth: Under this local leadership, career progression is nearly impossible. Employees who voice concerns or suggest improvements are being ignored or outright discouraged.
