- Once return to work was implemented, flexibility became more limited - Extremely high employee turnover coupled with frequent layoffs - Equity package not guaranteed - Constant state of change / shifting priorities, and therefore difficult to bring projects to completion - Coming off Alphabet systems has led to system limitations / issues - Since Alphabet separation, company is operating more like a bootstrapped startup
