      The mission is a driving force at the company. The diversity in the leadership and in the org overall. Co-workers are top notch and really nice team members. Good compensation.

      Cons

      It is a bit of a cummute from where I could find affordable housing.

      Most of the team was very smart, and much of the work was very interesting.

      Cons

      Chaotic team structure, lots of red tape, confusing project ownership, too many overlapping people on some projects, while not enough for others.
