Business Outlook

Pros

-Great work/life balance as no one has any OKRs or real goals to track -Benefits are similar to Google (at least for the time being)

Cons

-Terrible leadership, lack of clear strategy or vision -Zero decision making, the company is pretty much on a hold for more than a year, waiting for new directions to be made -Zero real innovation, or competitive products, despite hiring talented individuals -Insane amount of internal processes that make no sense, even when compared with a large company such as Google Feels like they are trying to prevent doing another round of layoffs and instead just waiting for everyone to quit independently.
