Verily Response
2yThank you for leaving your review and we’re sorry to hear you had this experience while you were at Verily. We hope that you shared more information as a part of your exit interview and encourage you to reach out to PACT directly at Verily-PACT@google.com if you'd like to provide additional feedback.
Verily moves quickly and there have been several changes as the business has evolved in recent months, which we know can be challenging. As it relates to organizational changes, we make efforts to be as open and transparent as possible, while respecting the privacy of any employees who may have been directly affected. In practice that means that we may not be able to share as much detail as you’d like to have right out of the gate, or we may not be able to communicate as quickly as you’d like to hear. We are committed to continuing to do all we can to communicate openly and transparently and ensure that current employees know what's happening across the business.
As relates to our benefits, Verily’s go-forward benefits are not going away at all - we’re staying with our same providers and offering nearly identical medical, dental and vision plans and no changes in premiums from 2024 to 2025. We know strong benefits are one of the many reasons Veeps are drawn to Verily and this is not changing.
Thanks again for sharing, and we thank you for all you did while you were at Verily. We wish you all the best in your next role.
