We're sorry to hear that you have a heavy workload, and encourage you to speak to your manager to help prioritize and set realistic expectations for your role. From a benefits perspective, we have just completed our first standalone Benefits Open Enrollment (apart and different from Google's benefits that we have had for the past several years). As you have seen through the roadshows and Benefits presentations, we are happy to be offering a health plan that is very similar to the previous plan from both a coverage and a premiums perspective. From the regulatory and compliance perspective, there were communications shared in the company Slack channel both about preparing for the audit and completing it. And it's a great suggestion to ensure that Quality and Compliance topics are included in company town halls in the future as this is certainly a company focus in support of our company OKR on Regulatory Excellence.
