Job was very easy. Decent salary, nice office, great coworkers.

Cons

Verimatrix was hiring way more people than they needed, and seemed to have too many people and not enough work to do. In the first two months that I worked there I was basically given zero work to do.

Great work-life balance, all the employees are very nice and easy to get along with, nice office building and location

Cons

Incredible amount of turnover, the direction the company is headed makes me think that the company won’t be around in a few years. Salary is very low relative to comps, very little room for salary growth (3% cost of living adj is viewed as a “good raise”)
