      Great bunch of people that work collectively, excellent products that are recognised with Gartner, Forrester and other recognised organisations

      Cons

      Culture at times is not the best, poor pay. A lot is really good people keep leaving, company keeps giving excuses instead of retaining the best

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
