Short sighted & poor leadership - Anonymous employee Verint Employee Review

CEO was previously company's CFO. He is a poor communicator, has no strategic vision for the company. He helped the company look good for an acquisition but that is where his talents end. Executive leadership simply lacks any vision with the exception of one or two. They spend months coming up with company strategy which they never follow. Another down side is that that policy is never communicated to us workerbees who are actually doing the work. Good days for the company are behind it.
