      Pros

      Nice company culture, friendly management. Very willing to reward and promote capable and hard working people. Many people have long tenures.

      Cons

      The market for the core product offering isn't growing and they have made multiple acquisitions that aren't very well integrated yet. It can be confusing to try to stitch this together as a cohesive message that's easy to execute on. Sometimes the drive to be consistent and communicative from corporate can feel a bit Big Brother-ish.

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
