      This company could have so much potential if top management would get with the times and be more flexible. The current state of the business is so siloed with little to no ownership which results in lots of passing the ball and very little decision making.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
