      Consulting services as an after thought. Software sales are the priority. Not very organized. Focused on consulting sales numbers and utilization rather than customer success.

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
