      Pros

      Benefits, more casual dress, growth company, great people in the trenches

      Cons

      Too much of a boys club in management, and newer management is failing to connect with workforce. Also need more standards for work at home days - we are a high tech company doing remote business with great remote technology, but the ability to have any work at home time is different under every manager.

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
