      Pros

      There are still great people at Verint with a strong focus on helping the customer and each other be successful.

      Cons

      Culture was declining rapidly and continues to do so. Lots of politics and pressure to justify what you are doing. Lots of challenges with becoming a successful cloud software company.

      Pros

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
