      Pros

      Big Company, good location, possibilities of moving between jobs, diverse opportunities of working abroad in different branch if you are interested (relocation) or for short periods,

      Cons

      Verint has a general "policy" of throwing out any employee who worked in a project which is closed. This creates a gloomy atmosphere which does not help in focusing on the tasks to perform, promotes gossips and conspiracy theories

      since the acquisition by Thoma Bravo and the leadership from Calabrio, there are zero pros

      Cons

      poor sales leadership, adjusted quotas and comp plan are a joke.
